Milestone completed a 5,350 SF interior demolition back to studs and subfloor, followed by a full remodel of the Champions Retreat Grille House & Lounge, transforming the space into a layered, experience-driven destination for members.
The upstairs level of the Grille House was reimagined as Three Kings, a members-only speakeasy honoring golf legends Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, and Gary Player. Concealed behind a discreet stairway entrance, the space was designed to evoke a classic Prohibition-era lounge, offering an intimate, elevated atmosphere intended to foster post-round conversation, connection, and camaraderie among members.
A newly renovated Private Dining Room extends the hospitality experience of the main Grille House dining area, providing a refined and intimate setting for private gatherings. The space features custom-built wine displays highlighting curated collections, along with expanded seating designed to enhance flexibility and comfort.
On the main level, the Champions Room was fully redefined as the club’s primary dining and bar area. The space pays tribute to the club’s architectural character and heritage, incorporating custom-designed trophy display cabinetry that lines the walls and reinforces the room’s connection to tradition and legacy while supporting a modern dining experience.
