Located at St. Mary’s Hospital in Athens, GA, this project included the new construction of a 2,141 SF MRI suite expansion into a former covered parking area. The scope required selective demolition of existing surfaces, sprinkler systems, and exterior wall components to tie into the active hospital space. Milestone completed new foundations, slab, and exterior wall construction, along with extensive MEP coordination to support Owner-furnished Canon MRI equipment. The finished suite includes the MRI room with RF shielding, control and equipment rooms, restroom, and support spaces for hospital staff.
