Milestone Construction, LLC is a full service commercial contracting company providing pre-construction, construction management, general contracting, and design-build services. Milestone has offices in Augusta, GA and Athens, GA where we service our local communities and travel the Southeast to provide construction services for their clients. Milestone has continued to grow since the company was formed in 2012. We are actively looking for students interested in Internship or Co-Op. Milestone looks for hardworking and ambitious students that are interested in working in the construction industry. Milestone hires students for Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters. Our interns and co-ops contribute in meaningful ways and work side by side with our Preconstruction Department, Project Managers, and Field Staff. Our program allows students to attend school while gaining valuable work experience. Interns/ coops are paid hourly in our program.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist in Estimating
- Assist in Project Management
- Assist with Field Staff Duties
- Document Management
- RFIs and Submittals
- Project Closeout
- Project Pictures
- Misc. Office Duties
Skills/Qualifications:
Education – Skills – Knowledge – Qualifications & Experience
- Typically working toward Bachelor Degree
- Interested in construction
- Must have “can do” attitude, strong work ethic, and self-motivated to succeed
