This project consisted of mass clearing and site demolition of a 13 acre site. New work components included grading, storm drainage, detention ponds, asphalt, site concrete, and electrical rough in to provide a new parking lot with 645 parking spaces for UGA students, fans, and faculty. The project was completed on a condensed schedule over the summer of 2025 by working 6 days a week to allow for the parking lot to be open by the first day of class in August.
