The St. Mary’s Malcom Bridge Primary Care project consisted of 4,380 square feet of interior buildout. The fresh, new space consists of waiting areas, nurses work station, doctors work offices, lab room, restrooms, and medical exam rooms. Work components included an entirely new framing and drywall, ceilings, flooring, millwork, and new MEP systems to support the space.
