The project involved the interior and exterior renovation of approximately an 18,000 SF historic building in Downtown Augusta, GA. The scope consisted of selective demolition and structural modifications for the two-level historic structure including excavation and expansion of a basement for utility and cooler storage. The main level scope included a café with a full-service kitchen along with multiple retail shell spaces with street access. The second level consisted of one main master apartment and six individual apartments. The exterior renovation included all new windows, exterior masonry and stucco, awnings, structural balconies with wrought iron railings, and fresh paint.
