The St. Mary’s 200 Exchange Primary Care project consisted of 5,390 square feet of interior renovation that included a complete demolition of an existing dental office and the fit out of a new doctor’s office as well as selective demolition and upfit of the adjacent endocrinology suite. The newly renovated space consists of waiting areas, nurses work station, doctors work offices, lab room, restrooms, and medical exam rooms. Work components included entirely new framing and drywall, ceilings, flooring, and mechanical/electrical, plumbing upgrades for the office.
