This project expanded the University of Georgia Park & Ride facility by adding an additional 210 parking spaces across a 3-acre site for the use of students, faculty and Athens Greenway users. This phase incorporated an underground detention system and pervious pavers to comply with local stormwater management regulations. In addition to the stormwater management requirements, this project also included grading, utilities, asphalt paving, site concrete and landscaping.
