This 5,000 SF Tidal Wave Auto Spa building, located in Waynesboro, Virginia, sits on a 1.2 acre site, featuring a 175 foot length tunnel, as well as masonry and wood framing construction and a standing seam metal roof. The skin of the building is a mix of brick, stone, and lot of storefront windows.
A very unique feature of this particular car wash is that the car turns inside the tunnel which extended the length of the tunnel, to maximize the lot size but also providing a better experience to the customer.
Carter Engineering Consultants acted as the Civil Engineer while MRP Design Group was the Architect.
