Milestone, through its Hospitality Division, completed the renovation of the Sarazen Cottage at Champions Retreat for Arcis Golf. The existing two-story golf cottage totals 2,500 SF under roof and includes 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, supporting the club’s guest accommodations.
The interior renovation included selective demolition, new hardwood flooring throughout the kitchen, dining area, and bedrooms, and upgraded bathrooms with new walk-in showers and vanities. Additional scope included custom casework and wall paneling, new lighting and electrical devices, replacement of HVAC equipment, new plumbing fixtures, and added audio/visual enhancements.
Milestone also completed an exterior remodel of the cottage, delivering a refreshed hospitality experience both inside and out.
