This design-build project included upgrading 10,300 SF warehouse space and a complete remodel of 1,750 SF of office space. Milestone Construction, LLC enhanced site improvements with a complete removal of existing asphalt replaced with 21,000 SF of concrete and 11,000 SF of asphalt parking area, an underground stormwater detention system, new landscaping, and fencing. The project successfully enhanced both functionality and site infrastructure, and is located in Athens, GA.
