New construction of a 1,100 SF outdoor amenity/pool house for an Augusta, GA residential development located off of Jimmy Dyess Pkwy near Fort Gordon. Construction consisted of concrete slab, wood framing, cementitious lap siding, architectural shingles, drywall at bathrooms, Men’s & Women’s restrooms, Bahama shutters, access controls to gate entries & landscaping with a 1,500SF Gunite swimming pool (pool installed by Magnolia Luxury Pools).
