This project involved the ground-up construction of a 5,415-square-foot convenience store, food service facility, and gas station on a site exceeding one acre. The scope included full site development, all new utility installations, underground detention, underground fuel storage tanks, new gas pumps and canopies, required GADOT improvements, a dumpster enclosure, and complete landscaping with irrigation.
The building is a masonry and steel structure with metal panel accents and storefront glazing. The interior was finished with polished concrete floors and custom wood wall paneling, creating a warm, high-quality customer environment. The layout includes men’s and women’s restrooms, a walk-in beer cooler, dedicated back-of-house storage and prep areas, and a full commercial kitchen with defined pickup areas and multiple drink stations. The plan supports efficient customer flow for both retail and food service operations.
Additional features include a TPO roof system, an outdoor pergola with seating, and all standard convenience store amenities designed to support efficient operations and long-term durability.
