As part of a summer task order contract, we completed comprehensive renovations across three residence halls at Georgia Gwinnett College. The project included updates to 206 student suites, encompassing a total of 1,036 bedrooms, aimed at enhancing both comfort and functionality for returning students. Our scope of work included interior patching, full-unit repainting, tub reglazing, and targeted electrical upgrades—essential improvements that refreshed the spaces while supporting long-term durability. Completed on a fast-track summer schedule, the renovations help ensure a modern, welcoming living environment for the student community.
