Description: Site development and ground up construction for the Charlotte Swim and Racquet Club Renovation and Addition project located in Charlotte, NC. This is the oldest neighborhood swim and racquet club in Charlotte. Founded in 1953 and located in the heart of the Cotswold area. Project consisted of a new retaining wall for pool deck extension, new kiddie pool, new covered pavilion, new storage and restroom building, and additional miscellaneous upgrades to the existing amenities.
