This project involved the site development of 9.35 acres and the construction of a 74,880-square-foot facility, featuring 692 storage units in various sizes to accommodate a wide range of customer needs. The unit mix includes 5×8, 8×10, and 8×20 units, providing flexible options for both residential and commercial storage.
