The scope included strategic wall layout modifications to improve flow and better accommodate guests during check-in, creating a more intuitive and welcoming front-of-house environment.
The renovation introduced elevated, hospitality-driven finishes throughout, including white oak flooring and wall paneling, custom concierge desks and casework, upgraded tile selections, new restroom vanities, plumbing fixtures, decorative lighting, and gas lantern accents that reinforce a refined, upscale aesthetic.
Milestone delivered the project with careful attention to detail and coordination around ongoing operations, ensuring a seamless transition from existing conditions to a fully refreshed guest-facing space designed to enhance first impressions and overall user experience.
