The Athens Milestone Office had a complete interior demolition and renovation of 3,700 SF office space in basement of existing office building. This renovation consisted of removal and replacement of existing framing and sub floor over the existing swimming pool from original YWCO space, new walls, MEP, millwork, gypcrete self-leveling floor system, and finishes. The new office renovation includes 8 new office spaces, 2 intern offices, waiting area, conference room, meeting space, open work area, 3 restrooms, and break room.
This renovation transformed the space into a modern and functional office environment, preserving the building’s iconic character while meeting the needs of a contemporary workplace.
