This renovation included a new commercial kitchen/serving line, bathroom renovations, and updated finishes throughout the entirety of Athens’ oldest fraternity house. Updated mechanical systems were installed to provide more efficient and effective heating and cooling throughout the resident rooms. This work took place over the summer of 2024 while students were away and was completed in time for the fall semester. The exterior brick, shutters, and railings were repainted along with new stairs and handicap ramps installed to increase functionality of the house.
