Express Oil Change Alpharetta was a ground up project that included site development, below grade foundation walls for the oil change pit, structural CMU, pre-engineered wood trusses, metal roof, exterior cast stone, brick, and interior finishes.
Milestone facilitated a design-build scope for deep helical pile foundations due to unsuitable soils on the geotechnical report. The project team had to coordinate site logistics and project turnover around a road widening project Georgia Department of Transportation project on Atlanta Highway for the continual growing areas of Forsyth County.
The oil change facility consists of drive up oil change area, hydraulic lift area for extended service, and offices/work areas for the employees.
